Online Returns Policy

This policy applies only to footwear purchased directly from our website youngsoles.com (the “Site”).


Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). All returns must be unworn, in resalable condition, and in their original box.


Your Return Options:

We offer three flexible return options:

  1. Free exchange – swap for a different size, colour, or style and we'll add 10% credit

  2. Free return for store credit – and we’ll add 10% extra

  3. Refund – the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund total


How to Return Items

All returns are managed using our Returns Portal:

  1. Go to our Fan Club page
  2. Click on Start a Return to open our returns portal

  3. Enter your email address and your Young Soles Order Confirmation Number (the one that begins #9--- not the one that begins 100---)

  4. Select the item(s) you'd like to return and your reason

  5. Choose your preferred return option:

    • Exchange (+20% credit)

    • Store credit (+10%)

    • Refund (return shipping cost will be deducted)

  6. Download your return shipping label

  7. Drop your parcel at a designated drop-off point or book a collection (as guided by the portal)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving your item(s), or 14 days after receiving proof of return.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

  • For refund requests, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.

  • If you have not received confirmation within the stated time, please email: hello@youngsoles.com


Faulty Items

We want your Young Soles to be perfect. If your item is faulty or not as described, your rights are protected:

  • Within 30 days – full refund available

  • Up to 6 months – refund if the item can’t be repaired or replaced

  • Up to 6 years – partial refund if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time

Please note: Only faults that affect wearability (e.g. sole separation, stitching failure) are considered valid for return. Cosmetic issues do not qualify for refunds.

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Email photos and details to sales@youngsoles.com

  2. If the fault is unclear, we may ask you to return the product for inspection

  3. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement


In-Store Purchases

If your Young Soles were purchased in a retail store, please return them directly to the store with your proof of purchase. Your contract is with that store, and they will handle the return in line with their policy.

The store can contact us for inspection if needed. Each stockist has its own returns terms, so we recommend checking their policy at the time of purchase.
