Get the right size
Shoe sizing can be a minefield — different countries, different gauges, and sometimes the same size means something totally different! At Young Soles, we know how tricky it can be to get the right fit online.
As a general guide, we’ve included a size conversion chart below covering the footbed length in millimetres and inches and the equivalent EU, UK and US sizing. But keep in mind — fit can vary slightly between styles like sandals, sneakers, and boots. Since our shoes are made in Europe, EU sizing will be your best reference.
We don’t offer multiple width fittings, but most of our styles are designed to fit an F/G width. Adjustable fastenings like laces, buckles, and straps make it easy to find a comfortable fit. If a shoe feels too narrow, try sizing up and popping in a thicker insole.
