How to Spend Your Piggy Bank Credit
Using your Piggy Bank is simple:
- Log in to your Young Soles Fan Club account.
- Shop as usual and add your chosen footwear to your bag.
- Head to your shopping bag / checkout
- You’ll see a green button in the bottom right saying “Apply Piggy Bank Funds”
- Click the button
- You’ll be taken to checkout with your Piggy Bank credit applied
- Checkout as normal and enjoy the savings

Piggy Bank credit is linked to your Fan Club account and can’t be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
Yes, in most cases Piggy Bank credit can be used alongside promotions and discount codes, unless stated otherwise.
Yes. When returning footwear to Young Soles, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit plus an extra 10%. This credit is added straight into your Piggy Bank, ready to use on your next pair.
No. If you return footwear purchased using Piggy Bank funds, those funds will be credited back to your Piggy Bank. If you paid using a mix of Piggy Bank funds and another payment method, the Piggy Bank portion will return to your Piggy Bank, and the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Yes. Piggy Bank funds expire after 12 months, so be sure to use them before they’re gone.
