Your Piggy Bank is your Fan Club credit wallet. It keeps all your Young Soles credit in one place, from Fan Club rewards and recycling credit to refunds and review rewards.

You can spend your Piggy Bank balance on future orders, and earn more credit when you recycle old Young Soles or leave a review.

Think of it as a little helping hand towards their next pair.

How to Spend Your Piggy Bank Credit

Ready to use your Piggy Bank? It’s easy:

  1. Log in to your Young Soles Fan Club account.
  2. Add your favourite styles to your bag.
  3. In your bag, you’ll see your Piggy Bank balance.
  4. Copy your Piggy Bank code.
  5. Continue to checkout.
  6. Paste the code into the discount code box.
  7. Complete your order as normal.

Your Piggy Bank credit will be taken off your order at checkout.

How to earn more Piggy Bank credit

Fan Club members can add to their Piggy Bank in a few ways:

  • Join the Young Soles Fan Club
  • Recycle old Young Soles through Recycle & Reward
  • Leave an approved product review
  • Choose store credit when making a return


The more you use your Fan Club benefits, the more your Piggy Bank can grow.

A little heads up

Your Piggy Bank code is personal to your Fan Club account.

If you are using Shop Pay or another express checkout, make sure you copy your Piggy Bank code from your bag before continuing.

Where can I see my Piggy Bank balance?

Your balance is always visible when you’re logged into your Fan Club account.

Can I transfer my Piggy Bank funds to someone else?

Piggy Bank credit is linked to your Fan Club account and can’t be transferred or withdrawn as cash.

Can I use my Piggy Bank with discount codes?

Yes, in most cases Piggy Bank credit can be used alongside promotions and discount codes, unless stated otherwise.

Can refunds be paid into my Piggy Bank?

Yes. When returning footwear to Young Soles, you can choose to receive your refund as store credit plus an extra 10%. This credit is added straight into your Piggy Bank, ready to use on your next pair.

Do I lose my Piggy Bank funds if I return shoes bought with it?

No. If you return footwear purchased using Piggy Bank funds, those funds will be credited back to your Piggy Bank. If you paid using a mix of Piggy Bank funds and another payment method, the Piggy Bank portion will return to your Piggy Bank, and the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Do Piggy Bank funds expire?

Yes. Piggy Bank funds expire after 12 months, so be sure to use them before they’re gone.
