Have a few pairs of worn-out Young Soles lying around? Don’t throw them away – send them back to us and we’ll make sure they’re recycled responsibly. In return, we’ll give you £10 store credit for every pair you return, no matter where you originally bought them.

It’s good for your wallet and even better for the planet.

How to Recycle Your Old Pairs

All recycling returns are handled via our Recycling Portal:

1. Open the Recycling Portal
2. Click “Start"
3. Enter the style, colour, and size of the pair you’re returning
4. Make sure your shoes follow the guidelines listed below
5. Enter your details to generate a QR code
6. Package up your shoes and take them to any Royal Mail location
7. Show your QR code — they’ll print the label for you
8. Don’t forget to request proof of postage

Once we receive and process your return, your £10 store credit will be issued.

Recycling Guidelines

• Credit is only issued for Young Soles footwear
• All shoes must be worn (this is a recycling scheme, not returns)
• Please send a photo of the shoes to recycle@youngsoles.com
• We do not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit
• If you haven’t heard from us within 14 days, contact sales@youngsoles.com

Bought Them Somewhere Else? No Problem.

Whether you bought your Young Soles from our website or one of our amazing stockists, you’re still eligible. We’ll give you £10 store credit for every pair you recycle – just follow the same steps above.

We’ve partnered with some of Europe’s leading textile recycling facilities to make sure your shoes are properly broken down and reused, not dumped in landfill. It’s part of our mission to help reduce the 72 million pairs of children’s shoes sent to landfill each year in the UK.
